How many hours do I get?
Retainers start at 10 hours per month for established stores and scale to 60+ hours for Shopify Plus brands running active CRO programmes. We size the retainer to your roadmap.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Retainers are month-to-month. Most clients stay multi-year, but you can leave any month with 30 days notice.
Do I get a dedicated team?
Yes. Each retainer client gets a named producer and a named developer who learn your store. You are not raising tickets into a queue.
Is this just maintenance?
No. Most retainer time goes into new work, CRO experiments, merchandising, app integrations and performance, not just bug fixes. It is a continuous improvement budget.
