Frequently asked.
How long does a migration take?
WooCommerce → Shopify: 6–10 weeks. Magento → Shopify: 10–14 weeks. Salesforce / BigCommerce / custom: 12–20 weeks. Complex catalogues and integrations push the upper end.
Will my SEO suffer?
No, provided URLs are redirected 1:1 and metadata is preserved. We've done dozens of migrations and almost every client either holds steady or improves within 60 days. We share the SEO methodology in writing during discovery.
What about customer accounts and passwords?
Customer records, addresses, order history and loyalty balances move across. Shopify can't import old passwords (different hashing), so customers go through a one-time reset on first login, handled via a branded email flow.
Do you migrate apps and integrations too?
Yes. Reviews (Yotpo, Stamped, Trustpilot, Okendo), subscriptions, loyalty, ERP, OMS, helpdesk, we re-platform integrations alongside the store. Anything that can't be migrated is flagged in the discovery audit.
What does a migration cost?
Migrations start at €18k for straightforward WooCommerce moves and scale to €60k+ for Magento or Salesforce with heavy integrations. We give a fixed price after the audit.
