Frequently asked.
How many hours do I get?
Retainers start at 10 hours/month for established stores and scale to 60+ hours/month for Shopify Plus brands running active CRO programmes. We size the retainer to your roadmap, not the other way round.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Retainers are month-to-month. We earn the renewal every 30 days. Most clients stay multi-year, but you can leave any month with 30 days notice.
Do I get a dedicated developer?
Yes. Each retainer client gets a named producer and a named developer who learn your store. You're not raising tickets into a queue.
What's your response time on a critical issue?
Same-day during business hours for site-down or checkout-blocking issues. Out-of-hours emergency support is available on the higher retainer tiers.
Can you build features as well as fix things?
Yes. Most retainer time goes into new work, collection logic, new product types, CRO experiments, app integrations, not just bug fixes. The retainer is a continuous improvement budget, not a maintenance plan.
