SEAMLESS ERP INTEGRATION
The Burren Perfumery had recently rolled out Netsuite as an ERP, so a key component of the project was ensuring the new website integrated seamlessly, syncing customer, product, order and fulfillment data. We worked closely with our integration partner Patchworks to map out and implement this integration, ensuring the site launched with minimal disruption whilst providing huge ongoing operational efficiencies.
The Shopify Plus stores we've built powered online stores in 6 currencies, in addition to 16 brick and mortar stores. Shopify Plus is at the core of their retail operations, providing a solid foundation for company growth both online and off.
The Burren Perfumery is mostly mobile, so we created a native-like experience for mobile and tablet users that is slick, fast and uncompromising. Our Ongoing Success team have made ongoing optimisations based on analytics and customer feedback.
Over the years we've been working together, we've continually squeezed the most out of the Shopify platform whist keeping The Burren Perfumery's popular brand growing online.
