LOULERIE REQUIRED A SINGLE MULTI-CHANNEL SOLUTION FOR ONLINE AND IN-STORE RETAIL.
Loulerie is a boutique jewellery store situated in Dublin's city centre. Consisting of carefully curated design lead jewellery pieces and a bespoke fine jewellery range by Louise Stokes, the founder of Loulerie.
The existing WooCommerce site had become unstable and unmanageable due to the lack of in-house software development skills and the complexity of the legacy solution. Additionally, the dated in-store POS solution was not in sync with the WooCommerce platform which was causing constant customer support issues when unavailable stock continued to be sold online. We knew Shopify would provide the solution.
BESPOKE STORE DESIGN
We delivered a completely custom Shopify store designed exactly to Louise's design.
This platform migration from WooCommerce to Shopify required a seamless transition without any downtime.
CUSTOM APP DEVELOPED
We built a custom private app to integrate with Arnotts Department Store retail systems. We also replaced the legacy POS solution with the integrated Shopify Point of Sale offering, whereby providing training to all staff members of the system.

From pop-ups stores and updating content quickly, Shopify has provided the solution.
One of the key benefits of switching to Shopify for Loulerie was the effortless ability to manage their business from their phone.
Since the launch of their bespoke Shopify store, Loulerie has seen an increase of 48% in conversion rate and doubling in sales.
